OFFICIAL RULES: 1st Signature Lending 2026 Imagine Mortgage Sweepstakes

SPONSOR: 1st Signature Lending LLC (“Sponsor”), 9998 Crosspoint Blvd, Suite 250, Indianapolis, IN 46256.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO PURCHASE, DISBURSEMENT, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MORTGAGE CLOSING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES DOES NOT INFLUENCE LOAN APPROVAL, UNDERWRITING, LOAN TERMS, OR MORTGAGE ELIGIBILITY. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE ARE THE SAME AS THE CHANCES OF SOMEONE WHO PURCHASES SOMETHING. IT IS ILLEGAL TO GIVE ANY ADVANTAGE TO BUYERS IN A SWEEPSTAKES.

2. ELIGIBILITY. The 1st Signature Lending 2026 Imagine Mortgage Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Michigan. Entrants must be homeowners in the eligible state in which they are a resident (as listed above) and at least 18 years of age, or such older age of majority in such person’s state of residence, at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins April 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET and ends December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

4. HOW TO ENTER.

· Automatic Entry: Close a new Single Close Construction to Permanent Loan with 1st Signature Lending during 2026.

· Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Complete and submit the entry form at 1stsignaturelending.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

· Limit: One (1) entry per household. Duplicate entries will void all entries made.

5. PRIZES.

· Secondary Prizes (2): Choice of a gift certificate to use for a “Dream Vacation” (ARV $2,500), or $1,000 cash. Each “Dream Vacation” prize is comprised of a gift certificate to Hunt for Adventure Travel, a travel agency (https://www.huntforadventuretravel.com/) with a value of $2,500 that expires on December 31, 2027, subject to blackout dates and additional terms and conditions.

· Grand Prize (1): Choice of 12 months of winner’s mortgage (Principal, Interest, Taxes, and Insurance) payments (up to a maximum of $2,500 per month), or $15,000 cash. Mortgage payments (principal and interest only) will be paid directly to the winner’s mortgage servicer and are limited to a maximum of twelve (12) payments not to exceed $2,500 per month and $30,000 total. Winner will be responsible for documentation of servicer, account number and actual payment amount.

There will be no substitutions or cash redemptions made for any Prize, except that Sponsor may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability of the Prize. Prizes are non-transferable.

For the “Dream Vacation” gift certificate prizes, by accepting any prize, winner agrees to accept all terms, conditions, risks and limitations applicable to the gift certificate(s). Winner (and any accompanying guest) must have necessary travel documentation. Failure to book or complete any vacation prize does not relieve the winner of his/her tax obligations associated with winning the “Dream Vacation” prize. Specific travel arrangements and all prize details not specified herein will be made and determined in winner’s sole discretion. It is the “Dream Vacation” prize winner’s and his/her guest’s sole responsibility to comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including photograph) at the time of travel and any documentation necessary for travel (for example, a passport or any required visa). Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. “Dream Vacation” prize winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of any hotel check-in to cover hotel incidentals. All meals, gratuities, in-room charges, travel expenses, travel and other insurance, carrier fees, government charges, transfers, lodging, airfare, ground transportation, taxes (federal, state and local) and other costs and expenses not specified in these Official Rules as being provided as part of the “Dream Vacation” prize are the sole responsibility of the “Dream Vacation” prize winner. “Dream Vacation” prize winner’s guest for any use of the “Dream Vacation” prize must be the age of majority in the guest’s state of residence, unless winner is the guest’s parent or legal guardian.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING ANY PRIZE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES (AS DEFINED BELOW) HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. SELECTION & NOTIFICATION. Winners will be chosen via random drawing by a third party (Richey May & Co.) located in Englewood, Colorado on or about January 15, 2027. Prospective winners will be notified via email on January 29, 2027.

7. PRIVACY. By entering, you agree that your personal information will be processed in accordance with the 1st Signature Lending Privacy Policy. Data is used for administration and marketing.

8. TAXES. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and required withholding (if any). Prizes over $2,000 will be reported via IRS Form 1099-MISC. Sponsor will send a prospective winner a W9 form, which must be completed and returned to Sponsor for the prospective winner to receive the prize. A copy of the Form 1099-MISC filed by Sponsor will be sent to the winner. The Form 1099-MISC will be issued for the fair market value of the prize. Any prospective winner who fails to provide information sufficient to complete Form 1099-MISC (including, without limitation, their social security number) shall forfeit any and all rights to the applicable prize.

9. PUBLICITY & RELEASE. Participation grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotion without further compensation. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by Meta/Instagram, X, or LinkedIn.

10. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

11. INELIGIBLE PARTIES. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, approved builders, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

12. ENTRY CONDITIONS. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for technical failures of any kind that may affect entry submission. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the decisions of Sponsor shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to forge prize claim documents or defraud Sponsor or any of the Sweepstakes Entities in any way in connection with this Sweepstakes may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted under the law. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be declared to be the registered account holder of the email address associated with the disputed entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria. Otherwise, the entry may be disqualified and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A registered account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the applicable email address. Winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder.

13. WINNER VERIFICATION. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and tax documentation, and election to receive identified prize or cash equivalent within 15 days of Sponsor sending notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

14. INDEMNITY, RELEASE, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, digital/advertising/promotion agencies and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (individually and collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants forever release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sweepstakes Entities, or any of them, for, from and against, any and all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions, causes of action whatsoever, of every nature, character and description (collectively, “Claims”), known and unknown, arising out of or in any way related to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, the negligence of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, entry into the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, personal injury, or death, in connection with attendance, use or possession of the Prize by entrant or any guest or invitee of entrant). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant also agrees to indemnify, defend, release, discharge and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all Claims of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any Prize by entrant and entrant’s guests and invitees, including without limitation, claims for breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, defamation, false light, common law or statutory misappropriation, invasion or other violations of any actual or purported right of privacy and/or publicity, and claims under equivalent federal, or state laws arising from participation and any exploitation of any or all of the rights granted to Sponsor. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A ENTRANT OR WINNER BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND EACH ENTRANT AND WINNER HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE SWEEPSTAKES, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, ENTRANT’S ENTRY, THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, AND THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO EACH ENTRANT.

15. FORCE MAJEURE; PRINTING AND PRODUCTION ERRORS. Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify, suspend or extend the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes materials in any way, if it determines in its sole discretion, any Sweepstakes materials and/or Prize claim documents reflect printing, production or other errors, or if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, malfunctions or errors (including, without limitation, viruses or other deleterious programs or materials, glitches or printing or production errors) have destroyed or severely undermined the proper Entry, integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made health epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.

16. GOVERNING LAW; CLASS ACTION WAIVER. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to supplement or make changes to these Official Rules without notice. All claims arising from or related to these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and, except as expressly provided in these Official Rules, in no event include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant waives all rights to claim, any punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and entrant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. ENTRANTS, BY ENTERING, SPECIFICALLY AND KNOWINGLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND A TRIAL BY JURY IS HEREBY WAIVED BY BOTH SPONSORS AND ENTRANTS. ENTRANTS UNDERSTAND THAT EACH ENTRANT IS WAIVING RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS THAT ARE AT THIS TIME UNKNOWN OR UNSUSPECTED.

17. RESERVATIONS. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason in its sole discretion, which shall be final. All Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify and/or revoke a Prize from any person it believes has violated these Official Rules or has acted in a manner that is, in Sponsor’s discretion, offensive, harassing, threatening, repugnant, or violent at any time, including any tampering with the entry process. Entrants further agree to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes.
